President Karol V. Mason invites you a Future of Public Safety Initiative online workshop designed to support communities that have signed the Reimagine Public Safety Pledge. The webinar will center on shifting resource allocations and provide an overview of reinvestment initiatives and policies communities can implement that promote alternatives to traditional public safety efforts.
The panel will feature leaders around the country who will offer guidance on creating and sustaining these alternatives including:

About the Reimagine Public Safety Pledge
This Pledge calls on mayors and local officials to invest in public safety strategies and programs that engage community partners to effectively address violence and crime in order to heal communities. Mayors who have already signed the Pledge represent rural, urban, and suburban communities from all parts of the country including West Virginia, Texas, New York, Mississippi, Tennessee, North Carolina and others.
