Yeju “Chloe” Choi is an Assistant Professor of Sociology specializing in Conflict Resolution at John Jay College of Criminal Justice at City University of New York. She completed her doctoral degree in International Conflict Management and a Master’s degree in Conflict Management. Her research interest is in organizational conflict, specifically in cross-cultural conflict and communication, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and virtual team management. Her work has been published in academic journals, such as Negotiation Journal, Conflict Resoltuion Quarterly, International Journal of Conflict Managmeent, and Family Court Review. She has also presented at international, national, and regional-level conferences, such as the Association for Conflict Resolution annual conference, the Peace and Justice Studies Association annual conference, and the Georgia Sociological Association annual conference. She has been a Registered Neutral in the State of Georgia from 2015 to 2022 and served as a Managing Editor and Resources Editor for the Journal of Peacebuilding and Development and as an Editorial Assistant to Conflict Resolution Quarterly. She is currently serving as an Editorial Board Member of Conflict Resolution Quarterly.
