He served as trial and grand jury attorney in the Criminal Court, Grand Jury, Supreme Court and Narcotics Bureau. In 1987 he was cross designated a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York as part of a joint Federal-State program aimed at combating drug distribution in the South Bronx.
In 1989 he was appointed Supervising Attorney of the Bronx DA's office Narcotics Bureau. In 1993 he was appointed Supervising Attorney of the Bronx DA's Office newly created Housing Task Force.
In 1993, he left the DA's office to open my own practice where I practice primarily in Bronx County and concentrate in Criminal Law. He has been a member of the Assigned Counsel Plan for the First Judicial Department since March of 1993.
