Bio

Chaim Roberts is the World Trade Center Supervising Security Coordinator for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey. In this role he oversees the administrative, budgetary, and research functions of the World Trade Center Security Department, which is responsible for securing one of the highest profile assets in the world. His oversight also includes the Port Authority’s security command center structure at the World Trade Center. He previously served as the Vice President of Business Continuity and Risk at Quality Protection Services, Inc., a private contract security firm located in New York City, providing concierge security services for Class-A commercial real estate. He holds a Master of Science degree in Protection Management from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, of The City University of New York, where he also serves as an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Security, Fire, and Emergency Management.
