  • Earned undergraduate or graduate degree from John Jay College or were conferred a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice or Psychology at John Jay College.
  • Adherence to the College’s codes of conduct.
  • Balance of $0 with the Bursar’s Office.

One-year expiration dates will be applied to all Alumni ID cards, and renewal can occur on or before the expiration date.
  • Submit your information and donation fee using the form below to be considered for a card.
  • The Office of Public Safety will review the submitted information.
  • Submission of information and the donation fee does not guarantee issuing an Alumni ID card.
  • If approved, an appointment with the Office of Public Safety must be scheduled before obtaining the Alumni ID card (cards cannot be mailed).
  • If approval is not granted, your donation fee will be refunded.

*After one year, renewal is required by following the steps and eligibility criteria described above. Submission of information and the renewal donation fee does not guarantee renewal.
  • If you obtained your Alumni ID Card anytime before this year (2025), it will expire on December 31, 2025.
  • On January 1, 2026, you will need to submit your information and donation fee annually for renewal consideration.
  • To be considered for renewal, you will need to meet the eligibility requirements described above and submit your information along with the donation fee using the form below.
  • The Office of Public Safety will review the information submitted.

Yes, appointments are required to pickup your card (cards cannot be mailed). After purchasing your card and receiving your email receipt, email the Office of Public Safety to schedule an appointment.

Cards can be picked up at the Office of Public Safety in the New Building. You must show your state ID and a copy of the email receipt received after purchasing your card.
