Social Science and Liberal Arts majors include any major listed on this page except: Forensic Science, Cell & Molecular Biology, Toxicology, Computer Science and Information Security and Applied Mathematics.

Please note that tuition assistance is awarded on a first-come-first-served basis as long as funds are available and eligibility requirements have been confirmed.  Students who are confirmed in the Acceleration program will receive an email and form confirming their enrollment in the program for winter 2025 in mid-December.

  2. Make an appointment with an advisor to discuss your academic plan
  3. Fill out your FAFSA and TAP applications
  4. Make a tutoring appointment, and check when tutoring will be available
    – Math & Science Resource Center: free tutoring for math, science, and computer science
    – Modern Language Center: free tutoring for language courses
    – Writing Center: free tutoring and writing consultation
